Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Corporate gifting is more than a formality, it reflects your brand. At The Knot Company, we take great pride in curating personalized and premium corporate gifts. Due to the customized nature of our offerings, we follow a strict but fair returns and refund policy outlined below:

1. Return Policy

a. Custom Orders
  • We do not accept returns for customized or personalized products (e.g., logo printing, name tagging, special packaging) unless items are damaged, defective, or sent in error.
  • Any such issue mentioned above must be informed within 48 hours of delivery in case of any issue.
  • All items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with proper documentation.
b. Non-Custom Orders
  • Non-customized, ready-made gift boxes may be eligible for return within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.
  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a fault on our part.


2. Return Process

  • Returns can be done in case of products being wrongly delivered, damaged or defective.
  • Any return to take place should be informed to us within 48 hours of delivery.

A. Order number

B. Reason for return

C. Photographs or videos of the damaged items

  • After review and approval, we’ll guide you through the return process.

  • Return shipping charges are borne by the client unless it’s a mistake from our end.

3. Refund Policy

a. Eligibility
  • Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

    • Product is out of stock post payment.
    • Verified case of order damage or error on our part.
    • Cancellations made before production or customization begins.
b. Timeline
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

  • Refunds are issued via the original mode of payment or through bank transfer or adjusted against future corporate orders.

  • Transaction fees, shipping charges, GST, or RTO charges may be deducted from the refund.

4. Exchange Policy
  • If products are damaged in transit or defective, we will offer a replacement of the same item (subject to availability).

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Cancellation
  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of payment, only if customization has not started.

 

After the customization or production process has begun, cancellation and refunds are not possible.
