Terms and Conditions


These Terms & Services govern your use of our website and your engagement with Corporate Gifts by The Knot Company. By accessing our platform or placing an order, you agree to follow the policies outlined here. From payment terms to order customization and delivery timelines, everything is clearly stated to ensure a smooth, professional experience.



1. Order Placement & Confirmation

  • All corporate orders must be confirmed in writing via email with an official PO or approval.

  • Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply and will be shared during consultation or quotation.

  • Customizations, branding, and packaging requests must be finalised before order confirmation.

  • Once confirmed, changes to quantity, items, branding, or address may not be accepted.

2. Payment Terms

  • 100% advance payment is required before the dispatch of the products unless otherwise agreed in written communication.

  • Payment must be made via NEFT/RTGS/IMPS. We do not accept COD for corporate orders.

  • GST @18% is applicable on all products and services.

  • Shipping Charges will be confirmed once when we receive the exact address of the receiver along with the quantity to be delivered.

  • Mode of shipping will be confirmed once the order finalization is on the last stage and the client has provided us the timeline requirements.

3. Pricing

  • All prices shared are exclusive of taxes and shipping unless mentioned explicitly.

  • Our prices include ideation, packaging and customisation of the products.


4. Customization & Branding

  • Logo placement, sleeve printing, tags, cards, and other customisation elements will be shared in mock-up form before production.Once these are approved in writing we will proceed further for the production process.

  • Once the production process starts, there will not be any changes in the customization.

  • The client must approve the final design in writing. 

  • Delays in approval timelines may result in delayed delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All packaging concepts, box designs, product curations, and creative assets remain the property of Corporate Gifts by TKC.

  • Customised gifts bearing your brand elements will not be shared with any other clients.

6. Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed following the laws of India. Any disputes arising will be under the jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
